Ordering Policies

Payment in full via Paypal or credit card is due at the time the order is placed as we begin to work on your custom order within 24 hours of receipt

Please allow approximately up to 3-4 weeks production time and 2-3 shipping transit within the US and 6-10 days transit time Internationally.

Rush Orders - please contact us if you need a rush order prior to ordering. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

A $35 rush fee will apply if you order is needed in less than four weeks. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs

All of our favors are available as shown and with options shown.

We can gladly custom match your color scheme for an additional $30 charge. This charge is for one of our design team members to shop our suppliers and hand match your swatch colors to the trim used on your favors. Swatches must be mailed to us. We will not accept photos or email photos as colors vary among computer monitors. Please note this will delay your order one week.

Please note - Embellishments may vary slightly due to availability.

Occasionally some special order trims and materials maybe temporarily out of stock. We will always notify you before we process your order with the estimated delay time or to advise you of your optional design choices.
Shipping Policies

Each and every order is custom made especially for you. Please allow approximately up to 4 weeks production time and 2-3 shipping transit within the US and 6-10 days transit time Internationally.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders over 48 pieces on 3 inch and 4 inch size boxes and/or oversized shipments. Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will be charged only for the differnce. We will notify you before your credit card is charged

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail International.

Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us

Sundays and Legal Holidays are not included in processing and shipping lead times.

We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and most International Countries. Extra charges apply. We will email you prior to charging your credit card with any additional shipping charges applicable to your shipment or you may email us for a shipping quote. Please be sure our email address favors@jaclynpeters is entered into your contact addresses to receive our email.

Extra shipping charges to International Countries DO NOT include customs charges. Any incurred customs charges are the customer's responsibility

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We will email you upon shipment with tracking information when your order ships. You may also track your order thru our Track Order link by entering your email address and order number.

Our orders are carefully checked and packaged before leaving our studio. Jaclyn Peters IS NOT responsible for items damaged in transit. Each package is insured for damages.

Jaclyn Peters is not responsible for packages left at doorsteps or with neighbors. You will be sent tracking and delivery information to know exactly when you shipment is due to arrive.

Refused or unclaimed shipments that are returned to Jaclyn Peters will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipment will be forfeited. We contact you by email only.

Shipping Costs Includes the following : proper packaging supplies to insure your order arrives in good condition, manual inspection before packaging by one of our employees, the time needed to package your order, insurance on your shipment, delivery confirmation and the direct shipping costs incurred by the carrier.

Our favor boxes arrive fully assembled and sometimes require oversized shipping boxes especially for large orders or larger sized boxes.

Shipments to Canada via USPS International Priority Mail Start at $21.95
Shipments to the UK and Ireland via USPS International Priority Mail Start at $26.95
Free shipping does not apply to oversized shipments on orders over $500.00
The $28.95 shipping fee will apply and be and added manually to your order.
Orders on 3 Inch and 4 Inch Boxes over 50 pieces will incur additional shipping costs due to volume. We will notify your before we process your order and charge your credit card.
Cancellation And Return Policies
At Jaclyn Peters we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction.
We make every attempt possible to display our products in clear and accurate color.
We are not responsible for color variances due to computer screens.

Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placement.

Once your custom order is received, our staff begins to work on it.

There are no cancellations once we begin work after the first 24 hours.

There are no returns or exchanges as each favor is custom made to order

We do not accept returns on unused favors ex - ordering 100 favors and only used 90 favors.

We will not accept the return of favors in the event your celebration is cancelled. You may either accept shipment of your order or forfeit your payment. Only the shipping costs will be refunded to you.

Privacy Policy
Our clients privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All payments are collected thru a third party secure server (SSL) for your protection. Your credit card information, address, phone number and email address will NEVER be sold, traded or rented by Jaclyn Peters or by our sister site First Impression Favors.
